Personal experience only would be preferable. Details are decidedly need. Let's all have a good laugh tonight at the incorrigible nature of our, non sinners, mates.
I'll lead.
Met an MC during Mardi Gras at a bar on Bourbon, she got cute with me. Was actually buying me drinks from the stage.
She finally finishes her duties, we have more drinks and fun. Leave the bar, it's 6AM or so. Catch a cab.
A very strong North African was the cab driver, also sitting shotgun was another woman, his woman.
About 10 seconds into the ride, me and MC lady are in the back and she 'recognizes' the woman sitting in front. Absolutely goes off on this lady. I've never heard some of the names she was calling her.
Cabbie obviously takes offense to this and says handle your woman. I calmly explain I just met this creature and know nothing about this BS.
Get back to MC house, she's still in a tizzy, calls the woman from the cab. Spoiler: its a total other chick. Surprise. She goes off the rails again for 30 minutes about this other female.
I constitute our one night stand and fall asleep. Only to be awoken by the second chick and her boyfriend standing at the foot of the bed around 9AM.
In a panic, I decide that acting deaf is my best option. Totally drunk, I wildly gesticulate my fingers and arms until both are confused enough for me to slip by.

Girl was living with me and friendzoned me. No big deal. Started seeing another girl. She gets pissed and moves.
Finally get other girl to come to the house, open the door and it smells like crazy chicks perfume. Walk through the house really on guard. She was nowhere to be found.
This crazy bitch drove 40 miles to my house to spray perfume everywhere in the hopes of ruining my date.

We were roommates who got drunk 6 nights a week and fooled around a lot. The fooling around stopped.
She starting seeing a guy so I figured it was over.
I'll say that it was the best night of my life with the one that got away. It's been a dozen years or so since we last spoke and I still occasionally think about her.
Sitting on the front porch wrapped in a blanket watching the sun rise while sharing a drink is a moment I've unsuccessfully tried to replicate for 15 years or so.
There's a Facebook conversation that memories shows every year of the day after. Seemingly innocent, but assuredly not given what were were referencing.
And every year it pops up. Neither of us have ever deleted it. We've both been married, she still is. Has kids too.
But, for 15 years... It's a yearly reminder. That neither of us can bring ourselves to delete.
So to answer your question. Yes. Yes we did. Body and soul.

Damn dude, you've got it bad. You need to find someone else ASAP.
Do you facebook stalk her and shite? If so, is she married? I've learned with those "long lost loves" it is best NOT to know what they're up to. It will drive you nuts.
You could try contacting her and seeing if she'd be down to leave her ole baw for you. (It's not as unrealistic as you think). If it's someone I really love, I am going to contact her and at least put out feelers, even if she's married. Of course, her ole baw may shoot me, but at least I tried.
