I hesitate to post this, because I don't think anyone is going to believe me, but I was at an intersection and none of the three drivers of the other cars were on their phones.
True story.

Learned during college to not look in the rolled down windows of vehicles stopped at red lights on campus.

Worst wreck was a young mother with an infant - hit a nitrogen pipeline which ruptured and crushed the car while pushing it 30 feet in the air then falling in a sugarcane field

I wasn't driving, I was a passenger. But on I12 between BR and Hammond we were going about 85mph and a beat up geo metro passed us up like a we were a turtle.
The engine sounded like it was about to blow up.
Ive seen crazier things, but that always the first thing that comes to mind when thinking about shite you see on the road.
It doesn't sound all that "crazy", but for some reason it was something we laughed about the whole way home. It was the sound of it that made it funny..

Blonde giving road head to a guy on I-10 in Laplace, I honked, gave a thumbs up, she looked up and smiled at me and returned the thumb.

A Coke truck hit the toll plaza head on on the Sunshine bridge, he dead.
My favorite was getting mooned by 2 very attractive lady butts on I-20. I was in no hurry to pass.

Driving down Burbank on way to class one day circa 1997. I saw a cow standing in a pasture suddenly raise his back right leg and scratch behind his ear like a dog.
Very weird to me but apparently it's perfectly normal and common. I've never seen it since.

On the way from Stephen f austin to monroe after a track meet my freshman year of college. We get through bosier and are passing one of the haughten exits when we see a couple emergency vehicles and a semi pulled off on side of the road with a tarp on the ground and a hand coming out of it. I guess someone jumped off of the overpass and got hit by the semi.
Not 20 minutes later a deer crosses I-20 from the median, our van misses it by a bit but the 18 wheeler behind us nails it and theres just a cloud of blood flying as the remains of the deer spins in the air. Was a wild 20 minutes.

I watched a loaded sugar cane truck get smoked by a train in Donaldsonville a few years back, had the truck driver been 2 seconds slower he probably would have been dead. He got the cab across just in time and the train hit the driver's side of his trailer.

I take it you didn’t major in grammar and spelling.

Driving down 85 south between Atlanta and Auburn, just before getting to the 185 exit to Columbus, a group of kids were playing "Frogger" in the northbound lanes. Running from the emergency lane to the median and back.
Same area but a different time, saw a deer start across the southbound lanes, car about 50 yards in front of me clips the left rear leg right as the deer is almost across the righthand lane. Deer goes up in the air, does a flip, and lands upright and on its feet in the middle of the fast lane. Deer runs off into the median.
Driving southbound on US 431 from Anniston to Oxford, Alabama. Just went through an intersection and hear this loud BANG behind me. I look in the rearview, and a semi carrying pipes going the other direction had a cable snap and the pipes were dumped all over the road where I had just passed.

A couple crazy things that OTHER people saw while driving: When I was in high school, a couple other pole vaulters and I drove to Tucson for an open meet in my buddies VW bug with 5 pole vaulting poles tied to the side of the bug. Made a crazy arse U turn across the median in Tucson too. In college, a buddy got married, and his brother rented one of those 20 seat mini buses, and we drove around town with the lights on in the bus, while a stripper gave my buddy lap dances.

Driving back from an LSU game in Atlanta passed a minivan with a luggage carrier on top...I assume it was a family road trip.
While passing the minivan, they start to drift into our lane. Didn't really have time to honk, was too late to brake, just sped past them before they clipped us. My brother yelled "he's asleep!".
They go into the median, and I guess the dude woke up and jerked the steering wheel back to the right. They swerve back towards the interstate, do about 5-6 flips, and land perfectly/miraculously on the right hand shoulder as if they just pulled off the road to rest. I watched in the rear view in shock. Multiple cars had to swerve around them, zero collisions. That father better go to church every day.
Crazy how unnerving watching something like that is. I was pretty shaky for the entire drive home.

Have you ever seen a cow doing this?

Two things...
Had a hay bale fall off a trailer in front of me and explode into a billion pieces. That was weird to drive through...
Once, after leaving work, I had just entered the highway and heard a huge pop. The jeep two lanes over had a tire pop while in the fast lane. It caused the jeep to turn 180 degrees and skid across the highway.
Fortunately, it was going fast enough at the time that it skidded far enough in front of me not to cause an issue but the look on the drivers face looking directly at me was priceless. It all happened within 2-3 seconds but felt like longer.
