CBS Late Night had some good runs.

The CBS Late Movie from the 70's through the 80's.
Letterman in the mid-90's.
Late Late Show with Snyder, Craig, and Craig.

The episodes he did in eulogy to his mom and dad when they each passed were really good

The unscripted bit about New Orleans and beads and swimming naked had me laughing so loud.

That was a great show - best since Carson.

Never really watched his show much, but he is pretty damn funny. Haven't heard from him in a while.

I always liked him

He kept out of the politics and just played the roll of comic

I always liked his interviews with Gerard Butler. The scot would come out and you couldn't understand anything, but they were funny as hell.

Ferguson was my #2 behind Conan and head & shoulders above the drivel that's on now.

Ferguson was amazing on that show.

Speaking of Late Late Show, what the hell happened to Craig Kilborn? Dude just fell off the map. I always liked him on that show. Not the GOAT, but solid nonetheless.

One of my 5 favorite stand up comedians. His concerts are hysterical.

I really enjoyed all of them. All three had very different styles, but they each owned the show when it was theirs, and it never felt forced.

I wish we'd see more of Kilborn because I thought he was hilarious. I feel like people didn't realize when he was joking or being serious half the time.

Craig “interviews” Robin Williams

Ferguson’s “interview “ of Robin Williams was one of the funniest damn things I’ve ever seen on TV. Of course, no one ever really interviewed Robin. They just sat back, let him take over the show and hope they can eventually stop him.

here was a thread I posted in where ranking people talk show hosts as "the best". The best was Johnny Carson, hands down. If you're younger that 45, treat yourself to some of his highlights....greatest entertainer of all time.

Younger than 45 but can still remember Carson. I recently discovered the Johnny Carson channel on Pluto TV app, and enjoy his show quite a bit more than any late night shows on today.
