CPAP users....what kind of mask do you have?

I am not grossly overweight, mine has little to do with weight but with anatomical structure. The night of my test I had an AHI of 51. In 8 hours I had less than 30 mins of REM sleep. I was so tired I could fall asleep sitting upright in a chair at work.

Seems to be a common misconception that CPAP = Fat people....or that Fat people = CPAP.

I know a couple of thin people that use one. I do to but I'm fat. According to my Wife, I should have had one when I was thinner.

I was going to bump my old thread about my sleep study.
I was given the one like in photo 3 with the soft tube wrapping around your nose. In the one time I used it, I didn't feel comfortable, but maybe I will get used to it.
BTW, not fat here. I'm within even the overly strict weight the the government posts as normal.
