Also, you're both retarded because doing...whatever you did, will only crack ribs and cause damage to internal organs. If you want to "crack" someone's back safely:
- get them in a full Nelson with your hands on the back of their neck
- have them place their hands on your hands
- lean them back so they're slightly on their heels
- drive your chest/sternum up and forward simultaneously
If you do it correctly, you'll hear about a million pops and you should lift them off the ground slightly. This is obviously harder to do with extremely short, tall, or fat people.
