What happened with this again?
The kids were there for pro-life march, they were harrassed by Black Israelites (terrorist group), and then responded with school fight songs.
The school fight song was some sort of chant that sounded like they were mocking the Native Americans that were there for an entirely different march.
The Native Americans started dancing too and then the kids left.
Did I get it all right?

If I remember from the initial thing, the kids were there in support of whatever the natives were doing and this kid was jsut standing there in support watching the dance or something, but the way the videos were slanted it made it look like he was antagonizing or making fun or something?
I can understand why the kid woudl want restitution from media outlets and to set the record straight, but why is a lawsuit being filed against the indian guy?

It's notable that discovery was to commence today, 1/7, but the plaintiff indicated in the Joint Scheduling plan he didn't expect to conduct many depositions and that most of the discovery consisted of information out there in the public space. I guess CNN saw this as a complete loser of a case after their MSJ was partially dismissed.

Other than the media doxing him, him receiving death threats, and plastering that he was racist to the rest of the country every night, not much.
TigerJeff left the chat as soon as the full footage of the incident got released. Didn't even apologize or own up after attacking the kid on here
