Greg Fischer needs to go...he oversaw an PD that is unethical and shady as hell.

I heard the AG (Cameron) on KSR said he is going to take his time to collect the facts and not rush into anything. Sounded like he wanted to know who signed off the warrant and how it was obtained.

Another thing...Charles Booker should be the democrat running against Mitch McConnell. He states what he would do not only for Louisville...but the whole state of Kentucky. He lays out plans and ideas...unlike Amy fricking “I am a former Marine and a mom” bullshite Magraft. She brings nothing to the table (besides being Pelosi and Schumer puppet).

Louisville has issues and it needs to be fixed. The west end of Louisville is been neglected and ignored, it is time for change with the mayor.

Of course you would do this. As would any loving parent/child/whatever.

It’s just stating the obvious without any real discussion.

My point isn’t difficult to comprehend, not sure why you’re struggling with it.

They do it to civilians put in same situation with no-knocks. That's if they survive.

Looking into the case. I saw that the officers executing the warrant were in plain clothes.

So they break down the door, in regular clothes, and they are surprised when the homeowner fights back.

Yea I think I'm even more again no-knock warrants. Even if they announced themselves, I would be extremely wary of someone breaking down my door in the middle of the night dressed in regular clothes.

Not to mention all this mess was over some freaking drugs. I'm already against the war on drugs. Putting innocent civilians and cops lives in danger just to make sure some people don't get high is straight bullshite imo.

These ducking stupid things and the idiots that ever allowed this all should be hung. There are probably people in every state that have been killed by this shite. They hit wrong addresses all the damn time. They did in Mississippi years ago and it was 80 year old black lady that had a heart attack and coded 4 times before they saved her arse. Completely wrong place.

There is even a movie about this called “An innocent man”. I can’t wait until they do this it and hit an AR loving family that understands the castle doctrine. Maybe when a bunch of cops are killed legally they will rethink this

I don't know how no-knock warrants are legal. I know Rand Paul is trying to get it outlawed. No one else seems to be even trying.

No-knock warrants are basically required for police force to receive certain federal grants.

98 days later, the FBI is at her apartment today.

quote:

Friday, an FBI spokesman confirmed in a statement that agents were at her home investigating:

FBI Louisville is conducting judicially authorized activity at 3003 Springfield Drive, Apt, 4, Louisville, KY. As we have stated before, FBI Louisville is conducting an independent investigation into all aspects of the death of Breonna Taylor. When investigating potential civil rights violations, the FBI will take a fresh look at all the evidence, including interviewing witnesses who have already spoken to the original investigating agency, interviewing witnesses who have not yet spoken to law enforcement, and examining all physical and video evidence to better understand what transpired. Today’s action is part of this process.

Pretty fricked up that this is the most significant update we've had since the shoddy incident report was released. LMPD has been completely mum on their investigation in comparison.

And now they're firing one of the officers involved in the case.

quote:

LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Brett Hankison, one of the three officers involved in the death of Breonna Taylor, is being fired.

"Chief Schroeder is today initiating termination procedures against Louisville Metro police officer Brett Hankson," Mayor Greg Fischer said.

Fischer said neither he nor Schroeder can discuss the announcement any further due to a state law on complaints against police officers.

WHAS11.com link

FWIW, they may not be terminating him due to the Breonna Taylor incident. He was also under investigation for sexual assault of multiple women. He was apparently picking up chicks from bars in the St.Matthews area who were intoxicated for a "ride home" and then assaulting or harassing them. There is also some question as to where multiple citizen's complaints that were filed against him went as they were not processed by LMPD or note in his personnel file.

quote:

Records also show in 2008, he was accused of receiving oral sex in exchange for not arresting a woman. In 2015, a woman claimed he attempted to have sex with her in exchange for not taking her to jail. Both incidents were deemed to be "unfounded" by internal investigators with LMPD. No mention of the incidents were included in Hankison's personnel file.

So they've updated. They ARE terminating him due to the Taylor case, but it seems he also had other incidents of using reckless conduct in the recent past and was disciplined for it too.

The pre-termination letter is included at the WAVE3.com link.

It appears he was the officer who blindly fired 10 rounds into the apartment. And apparently shot into the apartment next door, endangering others in the complex.
