It means bond isn’t set yet she hasn’t been arraigned

She will get 30 years. Out in 21.

This woman will walk free in her mid-40s and filled with hate.

And the judge that gets her case will give her probation. Why are there conflicting stories in this thread regarding intoxication when she was charged with being intoxicated?

I bet she won't be arraigned for a long time and bond will be set long before that. In LA they don't have to file an indictment for a long while so denying a person bond before arraignment doesn't work here.

Those 11a games always make for a nasty night. I’m sorry for your loss, they look like a nice couple

That is off campus.

LSU isn't going to do anything to improve that area.

LA 30 is a state road and Jeff Landry needs to make the improvements.

No one should walk that late at night. There should be later night transit from Tigerland or Uber

Below 21, isn’t anything other than 0.0 considered a DUI?

Improvements to LA 30 have been out for years. The parish is responsible for making the improvements. They are supposed to 4 lane it to the parish line.

How would that have solved what occurred?

Trying to politicize a death like this is unconscionable.
