if you have an iphone, and no professional setup, enable the 10s long exposure picture to get a pretty good picture

Just great. Here North of Covington the clouds and lightning are completely blocking the eclipse. Did anyone see a bright red object cross the sky heading west to east? Looked like a bright red flare hauling arse.

When you watch a fixed object in the sky it’s amazing how many satellites, jets, etc. you see pass.

Got some thin clouds rolling through BR in front of those storms blocking the moon

My internet just went out. Is it happening? Is this the end?

While I appreciate those, I’m waiting for some higher res pics soon

All I saw was a bunch of heat and humidity. Sorry no pics.

Was not looking at a fixed object. Our view of the eclipse was completely blocked by clouds. This came suddenly west to east then on my scanner several calls coming in describing the same thing. Very bright red object streaking west to east.

Insanely awesome views
We got lucky in downtown St. Pete and had zero clouds.
Also, these weird vines on palm trees that seem to only bloom once a year bloomed tonight. Had absolutely no clue they were going to bloom until we went out to look at the moon.
I know the moon picture sucks. It was way before anything happened. Just wanted to show y’all the trees that are filled with these amazing flowers.
