There is a ton of lightning in those storms moving in from the north. Tons of flashes. Looks like a Jody Plauche birthday party.

My jewel of the night:
I managed the get all my gear inside dry and snap a few pictures the moments that whopper thunderstorm began to roll over the backyard. The rain literally chased me in.

Next time just use your best gun scope on a mount, baw. It'll be easier to lean your phone camera up against that, especially if you don't have/want the gear to take night sky pics.
