Have you ever been punched by a 135lb gal? It stings so bad!

LOL WUT?..... Sorry but the only "shape" you were in was round or spherical.... even with a bigger boned frame you are still carrying nearly 50 lbs more than you should be

This thread perfectly encapsulates the OT male and their braggery.

6'2 240 lbs of cut muscle...wrestled in high school, could have made the Olympics if they didn't blow out that knee training for state...and can now knock out a world champion MMA fighter

Um. He might've been.

Or, he might not have been.

This dude when he was in "bad" shape was 6'1" 245. On the left, I don't think you'd call him fat.

Who is world champion at beating up other 135 pound females. A woman who even has the good sense to refuse to move UP in weight ONE class to meet Cyborg.

She's not even dumb enough to fight all comers among females!!!

What's the weight gap that makes the difference in the fight between a fighter and a football player?

ETA: In order to word it better... At what point is the weight difference between a fighter and a football player too much for the fighter to overcome?

This woman is not gonna stand toe to toe trading blows with a guy 100# bigger than her. She's gonna play the long game, wear you down, and submit you when you make a mistake.

i'd get my arse kicked

i have some friends who train MMA and they are pretty big. i have some other friends who are legit brawlers

all of those are normal sized males who are pretty strong for a normal guy (which means stronger than rousey could ever dream)

Actually, only 3-4 people are arguing their personal chances. But, don't let that kill your narrative here.

The far sillier narrative is that she would kill 99.9991% of posters' in a fight.

These threads. Did we ever decide who would win between Mike Tyson and Bruce Lee?

Well, of course, that's sort of one of those "it depends" answers.

I mean, are we talking about a guy build like George Zimmerman or a guy build like Mark Wahlberg in pain and gain?

Are we talking about an uncoordinated frick or a guy who handles his body well?

But, the point is, we do know that there is a point at where in EVERY OTHER ENDEAVOR, we don't think you can train or talent your way out of being too small to the task.

ONLY in fighting to people seem to suspend this reality and I think I know why. Everyone does this because unlike any of those other endeavors, the only thing you ever see a fighter do is fight other people of their general size.

In other sports, we've seen what happens when their is a gross size mismatch and one person is tremendously undersized.

In fighting, you come to view the moves you see as working regardless of size and completely forget little shite like, "oh, yeah......she wouldn't even be able to wrap her arms around a guy like she's doing this chick".

Try doing that with a guy who has a 44 inch chest and considers lifting 135lbs to be an embarrassing warm up weight.
