Yes, but I was a wrestler and have done a little Jiu-Jitsu. There are male/female divisions and weight classes for a reason.

Not sure about a woman but I have seen guys who were around 150 lbs and trained in MMA, wrestling, and judo throw dudes who were 225 or 250. It's really not that difficult with the right technique, especially if you're fighting some out of shape dipshit with a beer belly.
