There is one on the other side of town and whenever I'm over there, I'll get a big bag of grapes. Dole green seedless at a discount from Kroger and a huge discount from Publix.
Publix is very clean, organized and well lit. But, other than the BOGOF it is also much more expensive.

They had some nice ALDI's where I used to live, and then some hood ones. All depends on the neighborhood

If Mandeville gets an Aldi before it gets a Trader Joe's I will lose my shite

Is Gravy courting them to build on Plank Rd?

And I think the coin deposit thing just comes from being a German company because it's common over there (although it's a euro instead of a quarter).

Bringing my own grocery bags and returning my shopping cart, no thanks.

Darth shopping at Aldi is the least surprising news I've heard today.

It's actually a German chain....I thought for the longest time it was Hispanic, probably because of all the Hispanics shopping there
Definitely German...cheapest place to find Braunschweiger.

Yes, but they have changed from when they first started in USA.
I used to laugh at Aldis, then went in one decades later and was shocked at how good some of the shite is, and how cheap it is.
A lot of their shite is made by the big labels, they just package it under generic brands.

That's any store that has a store brand. They're usually made in the same plants, but are mostly inferior products, especially when talking about household stuff like paper goods, trash bags, dish soap, etc.

Do they sell any brand name stuff?
Yes, and the majority of their no name stuff is made by big brands.
Now, Aldis might be shite where you live, but they have redone all their stores here in St.Louis, and they have quality shite. Their fresh salmon is nice as hell, and i am in the seafood business, and was shocked at how nice it was(fresh salmon)
