EBT cards are just like credit cards and unless you're real close it would not be evident to see the specific card type someone was using. SO now not only is he standing around for that period of time. He's also close enough to see the payment type? All the while he only had a few things to purchase? bullshite. Tell me the last time you took the time to stick around and determine the payment type someone else was using at the grocery. bullshite.

My wife's niece's family is always bitching about food prices. I tried to give then some bank fishing poles to catch eater catfish. They said no. frick em.

In South Carolina? Quite often. Especially at Sam's. The bigger the cart, the more likely EBT was used.

I haven't seen that in a long time because I don't live near the ghetto(Louisiana
jk,) but the last time I lived in Lafayette I lived north of the city and the closest grocery store was on the border of the north side ('hood,) and nice subdivisions, I think it was a Winn Dixie, I would see that every time I would go in there, and yes, the deadbeats would typically be driving the requisite Cadillac
