That statement says the FDA approved the license application. Not the vaccine. All it means is Pfizer’s application is in order.

It’s remaining under a state of emergency use because without that they cannot continue to issue “mandates.”
If they took off UEA, then all state mandates would have to be lifted. Why the frick our representatives aren’t up in arms is beyond me.
I didn’t read the entire article, but I do know that EUA provides authority tthe.gov would not otherwise have.

I saw that last night. FDA talking out of both sides of it's mouth, but the letter it issued definitely makes it appear that the EUA is still on the table. Allegedly, its because they're suppose to have 3 control groups and they dont have any (outside of all the lab rats who've volunteered to receive it).

The Pfizer BLA was APPROVED. The BLA was for use in ages 16+.
The Aug 12 EUA was renewed.
The two actions combined FULLY APPROVE vaccination of 16+, and continue EUA for 12-15 as well as 3rd dose for immunocompromised.

Anyone with half a brain would know this if they just simply read the document. It should come as no surprise that so many can’t comprehend the document in the age of 140 characters and tiktok, though. People are looking for fifth grade language in a world of adults.
