Thanks, JohnnyKilroy. I wish we were over on Pels Talk rejoicing in closing in on Memphis for the #8 seed.

This poor New Jersey family. Killed 3 of them and 3 others in critical condition.
“Now, her close-knit clan is united anew by unspeakable grief: Mrs. Fusco, 73, died on Wednesday night after contracting the coronavirus — hours after her son died from the virus and five days after her daughter’s death, a relative said.
Four other children who contracted coronavirus remain hospitalized, three of them in critical condition, the relative, Roseann Paradiso Fodera, said.“

As the mayor president of Lafayette keeps saying to use social distancing. Two positive cases in quarantine at home.
And he called a 10PM press conference for this.

So some people have mild symptoms and then others experience this. How many strands are truly making the rounds?

This is terrible.
Is obesity confirmed to be a risk? Some of the family members do look on the heavy side.

Yeah, something about this family has to be different. I don’t know what. Maybe they passed a huge viral load to each other given their close knit dinner and they all had it, etc. Don’t know.

Idk if obesity itself is a confirmed risk, but obese people typically have other health issues stemming form obesity like diabetes, hypertension and heart problems. All of which have been found in many of the deceased.
That would be my worry for the american population. Yea we don't smoke nearly as much as italy, but America is fat as frick and MANY people have the "underlying health problems" that have led to bad outcomes with COVID.

Curious to see whether the virus takes hold of the younger generation in the US due to their heavy vaping habits.

My nephew is graduating HS this year. He told me their senior slogan is "Born during 9/11, graduating in a pandemic."

Confirmed from local ILA members. Bayport and Barbours Cut Container Terminals brought to a screeching halt.

I had a friend post that too. They really didn't know 9/11 though.

Well that could change their stance on the summer Olympics.

University of Washington now treating patients with hydroxy chloroquine. This sounds like it's about to really take off. And Trump is promoting some big FDA announcement tomorrow. So they're gonna remove regulatory red tape and ramp up production and prescription?
