We had a young early 30s patient still walking around in his icu room not that bad off. Some places sending people to icu if they don’t have a ton of patients and for the negative pressure. Not saying this lady wasn’t bad off but in a lot of places icu is a good place to quarantine people.

I know what it takes. I've seen Level 1 trauma centers stretched to the limit on a busy Saturday night. I've seen a major army medical center tested on a regular night due to air evacs of purely medical illness. And things like that were on a localized scale and of limited duration.
Your understanding of the potential here is virtually zero.

That literally happened in both SK and Italy.
SK had people starting to die at home waiting for so much as a triage nurse before they doubled down on the lockdown to turn it around.

If everyone tried to withdraw thier money from banks at the same time the banks couldn’t perform thier function. Wouldn’t you call that a collapse?

Nah. Just means isolated and monitored. Didn't need a respirator so she was discharged after mostly recovering.

Again, using your example below of everyone withdrawing money at the same time and the banks collapsing, yes, that is a collapse because nobody would get served.

That’s a rather silly definition IMO.
“Medical treatment” can be as mild as cold compress on your forehead. Maybe give an aspirin for a coronary.
I think a more accurate description is when they can no longer provide the standard of care.
