There are many millions of Americans who work in the gig economy, are retired, are jobless or will be soon, or work jobs with such low wages that it becomes nearly impossible to save money.

We need a stimulus for the Everyman to prop up demand

Finally good news,

Recoveries are now outpacing deaths here in the US.

Mortality rate still below 2% and serious cases stagnant at 10.

Both, ideally, but a cash bailout or temporary basic income would help small business stay afloat as well.

That is good news on the surface but I'm concerned that testing in earnest is just getting underway.
