Tell us what they mean. You know the numbers so well. At what percentage of infection and at what death rate is it appropriate for the average person to be concerned? At what percentage is it appropriate to “panic”?

Back in January the politards thought China was lying about the numbers and the outbreak was much worse than what they were reporting. Even had some people thinking it was a bioweapon. Now the politards think its no worse than a severe cold
