There's some real strange stuff going on with shortages throughout Asia. China isn't the only country that makes toilet paper. However, even Singapore is running out of it. Also, the entirety of Asia seems to be running out of isopropyl alcohol.
Moreover, the Chinese government's reaction to the virus in recent days just doesn't square with the number of cases and deaths that are being reported. Something is really off.

As they should, even though not considered mainland China and its own ‘country’, its land locked to it and Lam refused to close the border. They have been put on the ban list too... if you’ve been there in the last 14 days.

Now they have that Royal Caribbean ship docking in Bayonne, NJ with 12 sick Chinese nationals on board and they let all 400 passengers off.

About 10x worse than the seasonal flu that tends to stress our medical system. While not an apocalyptic event, an epidemic in the states would be really bad.

This information is incorrect. There aren't anywhere close to 400MM people locked down in China.
