Run-down of mafia like behavior outlined in video:
- police shoot a kid who had a knife. They claim he rushed at them in the middle of the street. Police say they shot him once; coroners report shows he was shot 16 times (including the back).
- police go into the Burger King that has video of incident for 3 hours immediately after shooting; 86 min of video (time of shooting) is now missing. Video before and after is fine.
- Police refuse to release dash cam video that shows shooting arguing that it would make "a fair trial difficult".
- Police told witnesses on scene to leave without getting statements or information. Threatened them with arrest if they didn't leave.
- City lawyer asks city to approve 5 million dollars and settle case before video is released. The money won't negatively impact the police department's budget in any way.

Every subhuman piece of shite involved in this needs to be tied up in a sack and tossed into an incinerator.

News companies got to drum up that viewership. About the only thing these days that get the ratings they need to justify their existence
Are you saying that you disagree with news companies reporting the news? You must be a compliance officer with a chemical company!

First clue in link is they show him in cap and gown. Now I know we're in for bullshite. Kid shouldn't have been breaking into cars, shouldn't have run, and should have put down the damn knife.
He didn't deserve to die, but he acted stupidly.

Sorry. I'm impervious to physiological warfare think tank tactics.

Where is the other side of the story?

And the cops shouldn't have erased the tape, coerced witnesses and withheld evidence.

What we really have here is a bunch of psychopaths who have figured out its easy to get their murdering thrills as a cop. Combine that with the indefensible practice of defending their "brothers" with the blue wall. frick I'm sick of reading this shite. If they don't string the pigs responsible for this up, Chicago should burn.

I'd love to know what could possibly justify erasing surveillance video and lying about how many times you shot a suspect.
Please give an example of a scenario where you support government employees doing this.

Oh! Interesting take, FINALLY! Like childmolesters in the clergy. And like the clergy, this has been going on so long the top brass are composed of these types so that a culture has trickled down.

given that a 5 million dollar settlement was approved based on the videotape, I am going to take a leap and say the cops were up to no good.

Cop logic is terrible. You're advocating that government employees erase surveillance footage in private businesses and lie about what really happened because in the end, according to cop logic, it was all justified.

Well, well, well.
I thought I remembered talking about this case before it blew up and you cops came in here calling bullshite.
4 month bump. It's interesting that the part about the police deleting the burger king surveillance video wasn't a major storyline when the story finally became headlines.
