I read where the dog survived and will be fine. Regardless of the dude being a prick, the officer obviously shot that dog out of spite.

The homeowner was sketchy, to be sure.
Bit it was a fricking Chihuahua. And this low-life, arrogant punk shoots it.
How knuckle-dragging scum like these two pigs end up with badges is beyond me. They both should be fired and charged with a crime.

I Probably would have pepper sprayed or kick it if it snapped at me
He did try to avoid the situation all together by asking the guy to walk to him so he didnt have to walk farther into the property and piss the dog off more
