They leave out that he was running (skipping backwards actually) away from the other officers who had advised him that he was Under Arrest for blocking the road illegally. So he is Resisting Arrest at that point. YES. The nice folks in Ferguson would have preferred for the officer to wipe the good boys sweaty brow, make him an iced tea and suggest he trot over to the paddy wagon to be processed but really, frick that guy. He was acting an arse and got treated like one.

Anybody with a modicum of common sense would think so.
However, to this protestor's way of thinking he's probably pissed because he could've gotten more by suing the driver of the car.

looked worse than what it was in reality. Dude jumped in the air at the same time the cop grabbed him. Slow-Mo at the end of the video shows what I'm talking about.
