I went back to the feed and just before he comes crawling back into the picture, you see the guys on the bridge react at the same time. Must have been when he shot himself. Then, he starts crawling toward the edge and you see dark all over his chest and shoulder.

I wonder if the gun was on the far left side of the beam, as long as he was on the right side they talked with him when he went to the left side all negotiations stopped and everyone except for swat left the area. Crazy, never thought he'd do it.

He was out of camera view when he did it. May be that they couldn't see the gun, but since he killed two people earlier, I assumed all this time that he had a gun, plus he had his hands above his head and behind him some of the time today.
