they should have thrown him off the bridge at 11:30.
I bet at least two people died because ambulances couldn't get to them in time for things like heart attacks today.

Did he have another rape charge? I saw that the one he was jailed for in 2016 got thrown out because the victim refused to cooperate.

When they lifted him up his left arm and head was limp. His right arm was stiff and bent, but nothing was moving. Would think if he was dangling at least his legs would have moved.

I was driving to Gretna at 11:30. Saw a sign saying US90B closed at S Peters. I exited Metairie Road and made my way to Airline and then Jefferson Highway. By that time I already gave up on going to Gretna. Cancelled job and then got stuck in traffic hours later on clearview and then later again going to Lulling.
What a shite show over a piece of shite.

not only that. Clearview backed up from the Huey P to I-10, Jefferson backed up to Causeway. Riverroad was really bad earlier.

Holt was previously arrested in St Bernard Parish on an aggravated assault with a weapon charge. A police report says Holt allegedly banged on the window of an ex-girlfriend with a gun threatening to “flat line” her in 2015.
St Bernard had just issued a writ of habeas corpus January 12, 2017, to have Holt brought to St Bernard to face the aggravated assault charge in February.
He had already been released from the Jefferson Parish Jail on January 7, 2017.
