If it's the same guy, his name is/was Petit (French,) and after the Superdome opened in 1975, we walked across from Poydras St. to Girod St. when Ringling Brothers/Barnum&Baily Circus came to town in either 1975 or 1976.

I think he meant if the crew knew the debate nasa engineers, the manufacturer engineers, and the admins were having.

Also the structural system of the ESB is much more robust and at a higher level of redundancy that the WTC.

Because they used slide rules instead of computers, tolerances were not as fine end everything was overengineered. Hoover Dam will still be standing after the rock walls on either side have eroded away.

Maybe somewhat. Believe it or not... not everything was over-engineered in the old days. A lot of it doesn't pass modern code when you analyze it.
It's that it's a steel moment frame and has a lot more internal columns.
