You know, in parole hearings the entire criminal history of a guy is taken into account.
I hope they include this under 'acts of public service' when considering it.

The only problem I see with this is that it wasn’t Luke Heimlich. All child molesters should be castirated and left to bleed to death

I'll be that guy. Inmates should not be in a position to administer justice, no matter how well deserved it might seem. That is the way it's done in the third world. We ought to be better than that.

6 yrs is life in prison? and prob would have been out in 4...im glad the molestor was killed but damn if i was in prison for robbery and getting out i wouldn't be serving prison justice

tbh i didn't read the article i just went out on a limb and guessed the 19 yr old wasn't exactly living the dream in his current situation

If they were better than that, they wouldn't be in prison in the first place to have the opportunity to administer prison justice

You’re right. Raping a child should be a death penalty.

chances are he would have been in and out of prison for a while or eventually life. I imagine he will probably get manslaughter and add 15 yrs to his sentence.

La has the death penalty for kids under a certain age getting molested but I don't think its ever been applied...it should be though

Does this typically happen to our "Teachers of the OT" as well?
Posted on 7/12/18 at 11:28 am to tss22h8
And to think, had he not molested that little kid, he'd be alive today.
Posted on 7/12/18 at 11:55 am to tss22h8
so the guy that went to prison committed another crime while in prison

California prisons aren't no place to mess around. They have some bad MFers in that system.

Why is it assumed he did this without being attacked? I can see a "self defense" situation and charges not happening
