I’m sick of the whole contacts thing. At what point did you just say frick it and wear glasses exclusively or go get LASIK?

LASIK.

Best money I've ever spent.

I wear glasses 300 days of the year.

It's called fashion.

ETA: Getting Lasik next December after I open up an FSA next open enrollment.

I keep my contacts in for months at a time then wear my glasses for a couple of weeks

Foolproof plan

I’m 50/50 contacts/glasses. Glasses are so easy, but contacts can be nice outdoors.

Yeah I'm putting my contacts in only on days that I'm wearing sunglasses.

My wife has both. She likes being able to throw on glasses at home to read something really quick and take them right back off. She wears contacts to work.

I still have 20/20 vision at 41 but I know my time is coming. Hopefully I'll just need reading glasses.

75/25 here. Either I go glasses 100% of the time or get LASIK and still have to wear glasses for reading.

LASIK is awesome.

Still don’t need reading glasses 15 years later.

Wear contacts every day. I don’t seem to have the trouble that a lot of people have with contacts, but I take mine out every night.

Take mine out every night too if I wear them. Guess I’m just getting tired of it after 30 years of wearing them.

You double the risk of corneal ulcers when you sleep in your contacts.

I wore contacts for 20 years and recently got LASIK. I thought I could see great with contacts. I can see so much better now.

Like many have said... it’s some of the best money I’ve ever spent and would do it again tomorrow.

I've been wearing contacts since I was 11. Can't imagine switching to glasses full time any time soon.

I just wear my glasses at night time after taking contacts out. They are a couple prescriptions old but suffice.

Glasses around the house a lot. However it's tough to beat contacts outdoors

Have come up with a reliable lasik surgery for eye that have went bad from age. I am 50 and have had to wear readers since turning 45 and it sucks.

I have prescription Maui Jim and Costas. Best decision ever. The MJs are better for driving and I wear the Costas anywhere else. Never could get contacts in. I tried. Eyes are sensitive to touch but not real bad to light. My wife is the opposite. She’s squinting and reaching for shades on an overcast day but touching her eyes she doesn’t get bothered by.

The only thing I regret about lasik is not having it done sooner
