3rd option- quit eating at places that only offer a discount for data rape.
Option 4: homemade burgers are better than anything you can buy from a fast food joint.
And less expensive.

This is great news. A double meat Big Mac, add mayo, will happen soon.

The filet o fish legit looks like a slider now. That’s why they can cut combo prices.

I've been wondering what the breaking point is for fast food prices, looks like McDonald's found it. Now at what price will people stop going to Cane's, Chic Fil A, or Popeye's? Will people pay $20 for a box combo? We're not that far away.

I love Big Macs and I’m not too cool to admit it.

Honestly I’d rather a Big Mac than the slop I cook. Not everyone is a grill master even tho we pretend to be

I don't think I have bought a combo meal since they introduced the $5 meal deal.

Fast food prices are out of control but people are busy or lazy so they still pay.
But yeah it’s ridiculous that a meal at chick fil a is more expensive than Lubys. Sure, Lubys is cafeteria food but it’s still real food, with vegetables. There’s not much price difference in a sirloin at Outback and a combo meal at Popeyes.

The correct way to do it is by using AI and facial recognition technology.
The price you are charged will be completely independent of the person in front of or behind you in line. Technology will predict how much YOU are willing to pay for a Big Mac meal, and that is the price you will be quoted. If you decline, the AI bot will negotiate the price down to something you are willing to pay.

I quit mcdonald's bc they took away the fountain drinks

Chic Fil A has turned into one of the worst values in fast food. Sure the restaurants are clean and the staff is nice, but the portion sizes are small and the drinks are 90% ice. Prices are crazy for what you get.

The bot knows that you have no self-control and won't ever decline.

I haven't eaten anything aside from a sausage biscuit from them in a decade. Saw a video where a guy took a big mac and left it out to rot and after a month it looked exactly the same as it did when it was served. Gross.

All I know is Wendy’s needs to go out of business for how much they charge now a days for their shite

How about bringing back the all American meal, a cheeseburger, fries and a coke for 5 bucks.
Posted on 8/20/25 at 8:42 pm to member12
I can go to a soul food restaurant in Belzoni called Danni Bs and get a huge double cheeseburger and fries for less than a Big Mac combo and it’s real fresh beef and 10x better
Fast food no longer has any value

Most fast food seems to have adopted a 2 tier pricing system. One via app and one via in-store ordering. I think they thought that price-conscious people would use the app, and those who were less price-conscious would not balk at the in-store pricing. It seems that may have run out of time.
That is true of your Wendy's, McDonalds, Burger King etc. but it seems like the chicken cartel has prices sky high in the app and at the counter. I am glad I don't eat fast food a lot, but when I was younger it was the entire food pyramid. I don't know how kids afford... oh wait, they spend my money...
