I'm very glad we still get to deal with your old arse, bub. The lives of your kids are exponentially better with you in it as well.
Now back to you being an out of touch boomer...

That is kind of a moronic take on this.
I’m not the one thinking they just banned weed. Which is already illegal federally.
And I would still buy real weed from a drug dealer before ever buying gas station weed even if there were no dispensaries.
And for someone underage. Buying weed was always easier than Alcohol because drug dealers don’t ask for an ID.
So you haven’t solved any problems except stopping gas station products. Which you could have done at the state level.
No one here has put forth a good argument for banning hemp with very small traces of thc

Right you’ve only provided nothing.

If it’s got CBD in it even if it has THC you only get the effects of the CBD anyway. So if you like the effects of CBD then it’s good. There’s a couple of them that are sugar free that I’ve tried and that I like the taste a lot. It’s kind of like a beer in a way and it’s in a can so I’ve drank that instead of drinking alcohol on social occasions.

Do you still think Louisiana is the highest taxed state?
And do you also still believe the government isn’t returning your money when you overpay? Which is different than refundable tax credits?

You have been given multiple answers as to why it is bad
"Farmers will lose money." As if farmers' land can only be used to grow hemp.
"People will drink more alcohol." So replacing one source of getting high with another source of getting high is preferable?
Nah, those don't qualify as valid "reasons."

Yet you can get alcohol at every corner store in America.

I've already posted that I don't drink. Ever. (Now MingoIsAnAsshole will complain that I've already posted that in this thread.)

You're acting like a real bitch, and you're coming off as stupid.
If you insist on carrying on, have at it.

I never said that. It’s certainly not a low tax state though
quote:

I never said that either. You said not everyone that files gets a tax return. Which is idiotic and untrue. 100% of filers have a return and about 66% of filers get a refund.

Which is different than refundable tax credits?
Refundable tax credits, such a the earned income credit or the employee retention credit, where never discussed in that thread.
Considering you are stupid enough to become an alcoholic and very likely melted your brain because so, you misremembering (or being a compulsive liar, tell tale of of alcoholism) is not surprising.
You can now go back to incoherent ramblings about gas station weed that have nothing to do with this thread

Absolutely

You don’t know what the word plausible means.

It’s bad because it doesn’t serve a purpose or solve a problem.
People, the same ones consuming the products being banned, will still consume THC products. They will now obtain them thru the black market or will revert to alcohol in some cases.
This law will eliminate an industry worth 10s of billions a year and push those dollars into the hands of the black market.
