my family ate mexican.
Mixed family sat next to us. White dad and white son, black woman with black son. They looked happy, he looked in love (or at least pretended to be).
They were sitting next to us. I tried to not look at them at all bc if i looked at them, then i'm looking because they are mixed races.
But had anyone else normal been sitting next to us, i would be casually looking at them.
It was so confusing if i should have been looking or not.

Take a picture with your kids and your GF. Send it to mom and pops saying “Hey look at the cool landmark we saw”.
Their reply will probably be “hey why is there a AA in your pic?” “Oh that’s my GF so-and-so.”
You won’t be putting them or your GF on the spot. Their reaction will let you know if you will be attending any holiday events with them ahead of time.

No easy answer here. Just always keep in mind when you get married you don’t just marry the other person you marry the family as well. People will attack me for saying this but is 100% true. Good luck, man.

Tell your parents that she makes you happy and that you hope they support your decision. I would think any reasonable thinking parents would care more about their child's happiness than anything. If they give you some push back tell them that they are going to make you decide between them and her and if they do that, they might not like the outcome.
