Atleast they're up front about it. Sure beats both parties wasting time on interviews when they have no interest of hiring you. 
It's no surprise that some companies white folks. Just as there are companies who would also only hire black or hispanic folks. Is it right? Maybe not. But that's just how things are.

The company is going into the interview seeking white candidates. Nba teams dont show up to the draft looking for black dudes. They look for the most talented players.... Which is what the company should have done.

Likely because of government affirmative action policies. I'm a white male and was offered a position at the SSA for that very reason. The SSA is over represented by African-american and female workers. A white person can get a minority ROTC scholarship (and others) to a historically black university.
Which is why he mentioned the NBA. They should be held to the same diversity standards.

Correct. The NBA, NFL etc. Dont care what color you are, they are just looking at the measurements, times and accolades. It's not their fault that a majority of these qualifications happen to be met by black people.
SOOOOO when other companies look to hire dont you think that they should be able to hire the best candidate best strictly on education, experience etc regardless of race?
