This is what happens when you have years of hire whites then blacks, then whites, then blacks, and so on.

I know a guy that runs a pretty profitable company in Shreveport, he gets a lot of gov't. set aside contracts because his mother is Japanese, she's been here most of her life and he's been here all of his life
