So maybe people haven’t gotten lazier, but our huge gigantic leap in society where women join the workforce puts a huge stressor into natural human behaviors

I know you're not responding to me, but I completely agree with you here. The "women's movement" changed family life, and I'm not sure anyone is better or happier for it.

Correct. The laws and barriers women faced should have absolutely been done away with. Absolutely

But the huge propagandic push that women NEED to join the workforce never should have happened.

Where else would we find all the HR reps, nurses and strippers?

Stop being a pussy and making excuses. It takes just as much time to drive to domino's and pick up pizza as it does to make dinner.

You simply need not lie. I can feed my family with dominos while taking literally zero minutes and spend $14 total for my family of 5

A home cooked healthy meal will be 30 mins to an hour and cost far more, and I’m not taking into account the cleaning and setup time including grocery run as well

If you want people to follow you to a healthy lifestyle, you need to start with honesty on how to make it happen

Dominos delivers
You don't need ingredients to order Dominos, therefore no prior shopping trip
You also don't need to clean and/or load/unload dishes after ordering Dominos

So no, it absolutely does not equal the same amount of time

Absolutely does not.

One thing I will agree on, the ease/lack of effort required to eat out unhealthily is a huge problem.

I’d be curious to see if someone correlated childhood obesity/American obesity with women entering the workforce.

No fricking chance. One medium pizza delivered is more than $14 and that's like one piece per person.

On average, incorrect. If you build your meals around chicken and pork you can still have beef or salmon or similar a couple of times a week for around $5/meal. You aren't getting prepared meals out anywhere for $5-8 per meal. Period, end of story.

including grocery run as well

You can grocery shop 1-2 per week and 30 minutes to an hour and get everything you need. People sit down and watch American Idol or some other bullshite every night on TV.

You can make excuses or you can get shite done.

Fat fricks need to stop existing to eat and eat to exist.

When I got back from Hong Kong and Seoul for a month and landed in DFW that was the first thing I noticed. How incredibly fat literally everybody is.

The mix and match meal is $13.98 delivered

That’s one medium pizza, which is 8 slices, and a side item of cheesy bread, order of wings, or bowl of pasta

Easily feeds my family

a single guy lecturing someone with a family about time management and meal planning makes me chuckle

your premise is accurate, but you have no idea what is required to do what you are lecturing about

Carry out three topping at Dominos on the way home is like $7.99. Takes two minutes.

How’s your math? What’s 6.99 plus 6.99?

Like I said, you can either get it done, or you can make excuses.

No one said it was easy, although it's really not hard at all.

How many people do you know that will watch TV 2 hours a night and not do shite? How many people do you know that will sit in the chick FIL a drive through for 15 minutes on their way home?

I work 50+ hours a week. I make time every day (emphasis every day, no excuses) to walk my dog for an hour and get my training sessions in. If that means waking up at 5am or going to bed at midnight straight off my computer, I make it happen.

Certain foods make obeying that law nearly impossible, or more difficult than necessary. Other foods make it much easier. Can you lose weight eating only Little Debbie’s if you maintain caloric deficit? Sure, but good luck.

That doesn't include the delivery fee or taxes, retard.

You can not, in any world, get 2 items on that coupon delivered for $13.98.
