Because of Polyps I'm on an every 3 year schedule. I did the big old horse pills the last time. Somewhat better than the liquid.

Had one 3 weeks ago. They said the aftertaste wasn't all that pleasant so put it in the fridge and when it was time to drink it I downed it. I didn't find it was that bad. Maybe I had a different brand.

Doing the pill next time.
However the last time I did liquid and they had me drink a gallon of that stuff. When all I was doing was squirting out clear liquid I said “frick this. I’m clean” and stopped drinking it. Then I drank an equal amount of water as to what was left of the prep to flush more. Procedure done. No issues.

Im in the every 5 year club. It is tough to drink all that . I get it very cold and just hold my nose and chug as fast as I can.

It wasn't bad. My issue was i didn't need but half that. I was sitting straight water for a while before I was halfway done drinking that stuff.

Had to drink it last week and it came with a flavor enhancer that made it somewhat tolerable.
