Let’s all be honest.
Anyone that buys section 8 housing is a slumlord and isn’t going to put 1 cent into the house.
They just want the free govt check for a long as the property isn’t condemned

CT hit his stride 25+ years ago by taking advantage of many legal inducements to buy blighted BTR property then getting a paying tenant by setting up community-service np's using other legal inducements. There may be some "hits", but the "misses" seem to pile up.

One of his NP bought old Grace nursing home near Clinton about 2 years ago. It was in the last 6 months of JBE admin. He was trying to move criminally insane patients from state hospital in Jackson. They didn’t get any permits or notify the parish. They started putting up fence and razor wire. A local resident asked the parish what was going on and they investigated.
Property wasn’t zoned for the intended use. JBE tried to string arm the parish into letting it happen. He was told to bound sand. Collis Temple is a grifter scumbag. Hope he goes bankrupt and is forced to live in one of his slum houses

GT is everything I hate about Black BR. They allow the "elite" Black use every connection they have to avoid accountability and exploit people. They are a major reason why BR has gone down so much. Corruption at the finest
