Dallas SWAT once took out a barricaded suspect with an improvised explosive device, which was one of the few from what I can recall for domestic law enforcement.
The target better not frick around or make any tactical mistakes, he will find out with those baws.

Philadelphia SWAT and the MOVE incident was well before that.
