So, I signed my son up for TBall and volunteered to be an assistant coach. They called and said they can't find a coach for the team and asked if I would be willing. I said yes.

So, what are some tips and advice from you OT dad's out there other than hit on the hot moms. My wife will be watching.

Also, no pics of wife.

Thanks in advance!

Hold on to the bat until you walk away. No matter what hold the bat.

Play that Kenny Rodgers song for your team

Not the one about gambling

But the one about being the best pitcher ever

Don’t point and laugh at kids when they whiff. They will whiff, just don’t do it.

If you can’t coach TBall without asking the OT for advice on how to coach T Ball

Then maybe you shouldn’t be coaching T Ball

I seriously don’t know how some of you people can even get out of bed in the morning without asking the OT how to do it.

Teach them how to run the bases. Every kid will bat and nobody will get thrown out but so many kids don’t know where to run and it becomes chaos.

Install some really elaborate 1st and 3rd defenses. It’s is your responsibility to develop these kids into major leaguers

Butterflies and airplanes.

If either one of these are present, you can save your breath.

They aren't listening.

If your kid isn't getting scouted by the end of the season, you should just hang it up

Just have fun and keep it fun for the kids. All you are trying to do is show them how much fun it is to be on a team outside running around instead of playing video games.

I miss those days!

Honestly , find a day care teacher and ask advice. You aren't going to actually coach them anything , but simply trying to keep them from all meeting up in left center to play tag and pick their noses.

Get all the little fricks on HGH. Also teach hem early how to break up a double play by going spikes high.

NO matter what you teach them they will all run after the ball when it’s hit. Just laugh.

If you want to win you can find some heavier T-balls on amazon for cheap. We used to sneak them in when the other team batted. They only go like half the distance as the other ones.
