Yep. Anyone who says he was shot in the back is a liar, and the same examiner who looked at MLK when he was assassinated confirmed that.

What a bunch of made up bull shite. All that video showed was a CNN reporter telling us a bunch of he said, she said, instead of letting the actual witnesses speak for themselves. The little bit of speaking by witnesses they had was obviously heavily edited.
Who cares if he shot him in the back? After you struggle with an officer, he fires a shot and you turn and run... he's not going to stop shooting just because your back is to him.

This video and statements of the two guys (one white and one black) seem to corroborate the other witness statements.
They actually specifically said he didn't get shot in the back this would make two more people who saying the cop shot at Brown while his back was turned but apparently missed.

I'm going to believe that black dude who was standing next to the shooting being unwittingly recorded over anyone at this point. That guy said Brown charged and was shot. Multiple autopsies confirmed this unwitting testimony.
Until facts can disprove that theory I'm assuming these new "witnesses" are being drummed up and coached for ratings.

I was thinking the same thing. Libs can't read measuring tape and likely didn't play football. 50' is about 16 yards.

Most likely the guy tried to get away after the first few shots from him attacking the cop but you won't hear the witnesses say that.

At fifty feet there should be not be a wide range in the number of shots fired. It should be described as two or a few, not unloaded on the young man.
