Haha. My wife and her cousin have Adele tickets in Vegas for next month.

All of these people wasted money on flights and hotel rooms.
I don't feel bad for them. There's a lot better things to do in Vegas than see Adele. To fork over that kind of money to attend a concert isn't something your average broke dick is doing, to see Adele.

I thought Adele was a massively huge black chick. I click on the OP link and there is some skinny crying honky. What a world.

Our family gave my mom tix (face value, it was a complicated lottery system) for Christmas. Show is/was in March. I got to spend my evening discussing this crap. We have a family friend that had tix for last night, was in the Bellagio when the cancellation came. These are not wealthy people, this is dirt road South Georgia folks making their first trip to Vegas. Laugh that Adele was the reason, but it is still a fact.
To say people were pissed is an understatement. I dont mind, I was going to accompany them and purposely booked it during the Sweet 16 weekend so I could gamble while they saw the show. Sorry for the crappy present mom!
The ironic thing was that for the show, every participant had to be Covid tested within 48 hours of the show and bring a negative result to get in on top of the ticket. To go thru all that and then get bailed on is shitty.

What a moron. Plus, isn’t she just a one hit wonder anyway?
Please be your honest take and not be a troll.

Why would I waste my time doing that? Watching paint dry is more entertaining.
I hate to tell you that you've been in this thread talking about Adele for much longer than that album length.

Good Lord some people are stupid.
Rich people drop $30k a night Vegas Casinos and strip clubs and they are "OT ballers".
But if they spend it on seeing a concert, they're stupid?

What moron pays 30k for an Adele ticket?

And you have to cancel through April for everyone being sick for a maximum of 10 days?
To be fair, there’s a lot of momentum to a show. It’s not just like having a group of friends agreeing to hang out.
Hell, it’s possible that’s the earliest they can rebook the venue.

Who wants to hear some ugly broad cry into a microphone for 3 hours

This, I guess the $30k is what they’re paying extra for

The same stupid group of people that keeps rap "popular" are the same ones that keep Adel popular.

My wife and her cousin are still going to Vegas. My wife got an email saying that they will give her 1,000 free play if she goes even though the concert is canceled.
Fortunately for us, we didn't pay for the tickets. We're some kind of level at Caesars where they gave us 2 free tickets but I refused to go.

Messaged my mom about this as well and she said they were glad they didn’t buy tickets, they would’ve gone the scalped route probably knowing my dad.
At least he’s 7 star, so his flight and hotel would’ve been comped .
They may go in the spring to see her

OP managed to successfully start a thread and derail it with how he's such a fricking idiot all in one post.
He's getting eviscerated.
He brought this on himself, though w/his dumb takes.

I would venture to say almost all the Adele fans on here were born either in the 1990’s or 2000’s. Which would explain the reactions here
