Does Baton Rouge have this type of establishment? Something higher end that caters to an older crowd? And don't say Cadillac Cafe please.

Patio Lounge. Lots of sophisticated discussion amongst cosmopolitan gentle sirs.

Several decent places to get an adult beverage but they are almost exclusively in restaurants. I can't think of a single high end stand alone bar.
Fleming's is pretty legit. Great selection of wine and good cocktails.
ETA: I feel like the dummy now with the only serious answer.

Yep. Sullivans is probably the go-to for a 'crowd' if you will.
Baton Rouge doesn't have stand alone classy lounges. Well we will see one open and then close within 2 yrs.
But the nice restaurants have nice bars. Tsunami is a great place to drink and enjoy the rooftop.
Other Decent restaurants like Ruth's Chris', Fleming's, Ruffinos, Ichiban etc have nice bars.
There's always Churchills and a few dive bars that are older crowd but not going to be classy per se.
