Arkansas: Greer's Ferry, Prairie Grove (P Ridge), Cabot, Mayflower, Centerton, and Searcy have paused or ended their use.

I have a strong feeling that they're just going to award a new contact to a new company that has "stricter guardrails" that just do happens to have a lot of the same people working behind the scenes... Quell the outrage, and maintain the same tech...
Not to mention that at least here in Las Vegas, almost all Metro patrol cars, as well as facilities, have ALPR systems that are constantly scanning all plates. Only difference is they're not constantly recording videos, but I'm sure if they need to they can pretty easily access and triangulate plates based on history. I'd expect to see that tech everywhere sooner than later

You can add Kuna, Idaho to that list. Pocatello will be voting to ban them in the coming weeks. May be a few other towns here that have banned them.

Seguin Texas did a month or so ago, sheriff was tired of spending money to fix them after being vandalized. Options were cancel the contract now for 50k penalty or be on hook for over 200k over next couple of years of contract plus repair fees. If one is vandalized, Flock comes out to repair or replace and sends the customer a bill, all in the fine print of the contract.

The red light cameras had a lot of the same kind of fine print shite in their stuff and we had to fight that even after we run the campaign to take him down to force the city to break the contract

The really big concern is whether they are just switching to a different provider. A big investor in Flock is Bedrock, which is owned by the Chinese.
But if they switch to Axon (which a lot of police agencies already use their products). Then it is seriously bad news. Axons major Shareholders are Vanguard and Blackrock. (Essentially all the same family umbrella). But both companies have a very very bad history.

I've said this before. If you really want them gone, start destroying them. Sooner or later they will get sick of paying to get them fixed.
And I'd guess a service call to take a bag off of them isn't free, either.

WKYT Investigates reviewed audit logs of every search of the Lexington Police Department’s Flock camera network from January through July of this year. The review found millions of searches, many from agencies hundreds or even thousands of miles away from Lexington.
In total, the review found more than 7 million searches. Just over 63,000 came from Lexington Police. Roughly 96% came from out-of-state or federal agencies.
