IMO Big Mike’s went down when he started using commercial smokers. Before the original place burnt down his Daddy would fire up those wood burning homemade pits they had at 330 in the morning. The meat was really good.

It's not a good as his original place on Barrow but it's still damn good and consistant. Their service is top notch too.
