Chinese Prom Dress Girl Interview if Anyone is Interested

Luke Thomas has a radio show on SiriusXM. He talks about a lot of things but mostly he's an MMA guy. However, he was able to get an interview with Keziah, the girl that wore the dress.
Cliffs - She turned 18 the day before prom. She got the dress at a vintage shop in Salt Lake City. She has a job. Pose in the infamous picture was derivative of something from H3H3, but nothing related to China or Asian culture. She stated her position and left it at that. Twitter is a warzone. Felt empowered to stand her ground. There was an article in China where Chinese people reacted and they were happy that someone would think their cultural attire was attractive and happy that someone outside of China would choose to wear it. She's an MMA fan. Favorite fighter is Conor. Obviously very young but seemed like a pretty nice girl.
Youtube interview is about 13 minutes then Luke takes calls / comments for another 10 minutes

Cultural appropriation shouldn’t exist. If someone wants to wear something from another cultural they should fully be able to. It’s just ridiculous to figure out who would be “allowed” to participate if it was ristricted.
ETA: obviously if something is done to intentionally mock or malign people then you should still be able to do it (because it’s America) but then any criticisms you receive are fair game in my eyes.

I agree. For everything a culture has, we've bought it in the past with beads, outdated firearms, opium,or whiskey so I should be able to wear whatever the hell I want
