That’s a pretty easy fix. It’s much more difficult South of the border seemingly.

Not really. It's a positive feedback loop in LA. Can't attract industry because the talent isn't there. The talent isn't there because the industries aren't there.
It's not an easy paradigm to fix.

Don't worry. There is one thing that won't change.

It’s not as hard as you’re making it sound. We (our government) have got to cut taxes on business and then go out and sell the state to business to recruit them to come here. The talent will come with the industries.

It probably will be considered such sooner rather than later
And perhaps with some logic to it. If for no other reason it lumps too many people into one category with no meaningful distinction. It essentially just means "not white" which gives no useful information about anyone other than they're not white.
