You seem to lack basic reasoning as well.
Why can't you understand that your choice to not want kids is/was because of conditioning and environmental factors within your life?
Conditioning shapes all of our lives. Its not something to be ashamed of.
Hell, I'm married and I will fully admit that marriage/monogamy goes against human nature. I chose to get married because of conditioning and the environment in which I grew up. That doesn't make it wrong.

Of course, the poster went on to say that he'd be sick of his wife if she wasn't the mother of his children, so he probably isn't a good representation anyway.

Guess it's a good thing they were able to have children for her sake. Since apparently that guy would have gotten sick of her and just left her cause she couldn't reproduce.

You do understand there is a difference between the biological urge to put your dick in a woman, and the one that has apparently controlled your decision to have children but not mine, right? Let's start there. If you understand that, we can move on.

Only read page one of thread. But I have dreamed of having kids since I was prolly 16. Always wanted to have kids but of course during the right time and situation. I'm now 28 married and own a home. We brought home our first born 5 days ago.
It is the most amazing feeling I have ever felt. I pity anyone that doesn't want kids. I mean it's their choice but what they are missing out on is just crazy

As a young person I can see where you're coming from. From a purely logical standpoint, having kids is a terrible idea. But I also know that the things that drive me to keep going every day now (career, hobbies, etc.) will eventually lose their luster and I'll get to a point where I feel that I've lived past my prime and the only thing left is just to continue going through the motions until I die. Having a kid brings a new purpose to your life and and gives you the daily incentive to make their life as good as possible like you had to when you were growing up. All animals have a natural instinct to survive and constantly strive for a better existence on a day to day basis. When you don't have that pressure you can be left with a sense of emptiness. Having kids provides that needed pressure for a lot of people. We also have a natural instinct to reproduce and care for our young
