Child punished for addressing teacher as ma'am

Although the article tiptoes, I can place bets that this is some SJW androgynous teacher who has caught and attempted to spread the liberalism disease.
When I was a child and I did not say this, like all of you, there would be a lil hell to pay.
The left is a sick place in 2018.

I don’t know what’s more pathetic? The fact that the teacher got pissed off when the young man referred to her as “ma’am“ or the fact that the father had the kid moved from one class to another

If i was the childs parents, i would be up there and demanding she be fired or at the least suspended.

I dont even know whats going on in this. I would be pissed as hell if they punished my kid for saying Ma'am to a older lady. She was older than him and a authority figure.
Secondly.
Its been a long time since I was in school. Do they still make kids "write" sentences for punishment. I remember having to do that alot. I remember once I had to write a sentence on both sides of the page on about 5 pages.
