When I lived in Ponchatoula the Popeye's there would have chicken piled up under the heat lamps around 8:30 pm and I'd go in and they would say they are out of chicken. While I'm watch them give boxes of chicken to drive up friends without collecting money. I got told to leave when I stated to video. I reported it to the owner and didn't go back for several months,but when I did same think happened.
