If Chick-fil-A fired a rifle shot at every 1,000th customer as they left the drive-thru, I'd still consider ordering a 12 piece nugget meal.

It is the goal. It hasn't been achieced yet. Find some data from the 70s or 80s so we can compare the numbers. Were there more white males in higher positions back then or less?

My grandfather was a bus driver for NOPSI in the 50s until the 70s.
Each year, the bus drivers were ranked on a number of metrics. The higher the ranking, the better route/shifts you got.
One year, this was in late 60s/early 70s, the list was redone. The ranking was alternated by black/white. So nore than two blacks or whites could be ranked consecutively. THe top rated driver was white, so that meant the list was
1) Top white driver
2) Top black driver
3) Second white driver
4) Seconed black driver
And so on. This was 50 years ago.
My grandfather went from 7 to 13 in one year. His performance did not change. The actual socre of the 12th rankned person (6th ranked black driver) was about half of his score.

You conveniently left out the graph showing a decrease of white, male executives from 66.53% in 2014 when DEI initiatives began to really gain traction to 59.88% in 2021.
Though I'll refrain from using the common CT tactic of drawing conclusions across an entire demographic based on one variable, since this data doesn't confirm that white execs were "pushed" out of their jobs.
