I don't have a desire to watch the video, but it sounds like this is what happened, and that is certainly concerning. Even if the kid was freaked out, it seems like he knew the jig was up and was doing what the cop was yelling at him to do.

Call me what you want. I don’t care if the cop was right/wrong. I just cannot make myself feel sorry for people who choose to put themselves in this situation. White, black, hispanic, I don’t give a shite. When you act like a fricking idiot, this type of shite will happen to you
And I don’t want to hear shite about this kid being special ed. First, a lot of times, they just throw that title on troubled individuals who have issues getting promoted to the next grade. Second, if he was ‘mentally deficient’ and the parents are going to cry out for sympathy, then why in the frick were you letting your child run the streets at 2:30 in the morning with someone who was looking for trouble.

This type of bullshite dismissal of the actions by everyone but the cop is why no one cares to the level you want.
